Carol Harvey is a mixed media artist. Having grown up on a farm in Canada, lived in Africa and now in the beautiful Cotswolds, she has been surrounded by dramatic nature her whole life, which has had a huge influence on her art, particularly the way it makes her feel, which she expresses through colours and textures in a semi abstract way. She is also an art tutor both in her studio and in the community, working with children and teens. Her focus in these workshops is on self expression, often paired with nature. Being a shy introvert growing up, she knows how important art is for young people as a way to express themselves.
